Where does your strength come from? Where do you feel like you are in "the zone?" You know what I'm talking about when I say your "zone."
In your zone, you are focused and concentrated on the task at hand. Is it then? Or is it when you are working as hard as you can to achieve the goals you have set for yourself? Do you find your strength within a religion, your family, or a prized possession?
Where does your strength come from?
How many times have you asked yourself this? Chances are, not enough. What type of strength am I talking about? I'm talking about that drive, the inner push, the greater feeling when you accomplish something.
Is it the feeling of accomplishment that makes you want to do better? If it is not, it should be. Do you let fear override your will to judge your own inner strength? Physically, we are all created in a beautifully unique way. Everyone has equal chance to find their inner strength. What your heart tells you is usually what's right. Personally, that's the way I see it.
Where do you look for peace and solace in this very grand and busy world we call our home? Is it on your couch curled up with some blanket, your dog, and snacks? Enjoying your favorite shows? Do you find your strength within meaningful relationships in your life? How many times do you tell yourself that you have the strength and ability to whatever you want to do?

How many times have you had to "escape" from your daily life? To take a vacation to your favorite locations? In this case, we will say the place you have always wanted to visit. You would tell yourself you don't want to leave when it would be time to leave. That feeling when you initially arrive. Can you picture that feeling? That moment when you are soaking up every minute, staring at what you truly wanted with your life?
Where do you find your inner strength? Where do you keep it hidden? Do you wait until you are at the gym with your really competitive friend, and beat his treadmill record by 37 minutes? Do you find your strength by helping your elderly neighbor cut her grass in the summer, shoveling her driveway in the winter?
Do you find your strength from other peoples praise? Do you find your inner strength by eating healthy? Do you find your strength within your means?
How many times have you asked yourself, Where is my inner strength?
Many people do not exert and take full advantage of this inner strength. Where is it you find your inner strength? Think about it. Take weeks, months, years. In due time, you will find this inner strength. When you do, NOTHING will stop you.
