5 Ways to Raise Your Vibration

Attract positivity to your life.

First off, let's take a look at what your "vibration" actually is, and talk about why you would want to raise it. So, your vibration is essentially your personal energy frequency. It is a result of every single thought you have ever had and everything you have ever done. Think of it like a radio frequency if you tune in to one channel you get everything on that channel. With that being said, if you have a lower vibration, you are more likely to encounter negativity rather than positivity, whereas if you have a higher vibration you will more than likely attract positivity. Now, obviously no one wants to attract negativity into their lives, and this is why you should definitely work on raising your vibration. So without further ado, here are five ways that you can raise your vibration!

1- Meditate.

Obviously, right? Meditation is very useful for a wide variety of things, and one of those thing happens to be raising your vibration. In order to raise your vibration, you definitely need to add meditation to your daily routine. If you don't feel like sitting full lotus and doing the whole mantra thing, that is absolutely okay. Meditation, put very simply, is just contemplation and last time I checked, you don't need to do anything fancy to contemplate.

2- Adjust your attitude.

Your vibration is a reflection of your inner thoughts, beliefs, and feelings. If you have a negative attitude, you will find it very hard to draw any positivity in to you life. The way to fix this is to fix your attitude and mindset. Instead of saying "I can't," say "I can." Instead of having a negative outlook every day and focusing on negative thing, have a positive outlook and look for the bright side to every situation. It takes time to adjust your attitude but it is absolutely necessary to do if you want to raise your vibration.

3- Be conscious of what you eat.

Now, this is the part where a lot of people would recommend you drop eating meat, but since I am not a total hypocrite, I cannot tell you to do that. It is my firm belief that you can maintain a healthy diet while also incorporating meat into your meals. Some people would say that you should quit eating meat to raise your vibration, however. There are a variety of different opinions on what you should and should not eat, but everyone agrees that a healthy diet is absolutely essential. Some foods have a higher vibration than others (Yes, foods have vibrations too. Literally everything in the universe does. Cool, huh?) such as fruit, vegetables, etc.

4- Work out.

One of the things I remember most about my mother's Biblical lessons is that your body is your temple. I think that stood out most to me simply because of how spot on that analogy is. How can you possibly have a high spiritual vibration if you don't take care of its physical home? In short, you really can't. Now, I'm not saying go to the gym five hours a day every day or anything crazy like that, but you definitely need to be mindful of your health and at least make an attempt to be in good shape physically. There are many ways you can "work out" without going to the extremes, such as walking, hiking, taking stairs instead of elevators, etc. The point is, you want to get in decent shape without sacrificing your happiness to do it. If you spend all of your time working out to look good, but are absolutely miserable because of that, then you've accomplished nothing. You have to find a healthy middle point.

5- Be kind.

This is probably the most important one on this whole list. You must be kind to others. That is an absolute necessity if you wish to draw positivity into your life and raise your vibration. If everyone was focused on being kind to one another, this world would be a whole lot better off. To be more kind, try starting off with simple random acts of kindness, helping someone, feeding the homeless, something like that. There are a million ways to show kindness. Just focus on being more aware of, and being more kind to people around you.
